I love my job and what i do. the most difficult part is having reliable staff to trust and being on a wage freeze for the past 3 years hasn't been the most enjoyable.

Good but Tough Job

I work with Special Education in the Big Spring ISD. Every day was a new day and you never know what you may get that day. It is an awarding job to teach our young adults.
