I should've ran during the interview when the supervisor explained to me how over-worked and burnt out my coworkers were! Lifebanc claims to be mission-driven and all about the gift of life but they are a business after all, and they work you to the bone!
My experience can be summed up with mandatory overtime, frequent meetings during the day (even for the night-shifters!), a caseload of usually 2-3 recoveries per shift often taking place at different locations, and typically no longer than 10min break in a 12+ hr shift. Work-life balance and micromanaging are two of the biggest complaints amongst employees. Very high turnover which means that Lifebanc is always understaffed, yet there is that constant push to work harder and faster with limited time and resources. Lifebanc cannot get their employees to stay!
