Startup with startup mentality. Daily activities are repetitive. No room for advancement or professional growth.

No professional development. Day is very task oriented, many inside sales calls throughout the day with less account management. Tasks are not challenging nor rewarding. Management is there to approve agreements/contracts and set goals.
