Longer and less flexible shifts than I would Ideally prefer but run well
EMT-B (Former Employee) –  Norwood, MAMay 13, 2017
Good company and well structured work experience. Co-workers were pleasant and helpful, especially during the first few weeks. Most patients and receiving facilities were also very pleasant to work with, with only a few exceptions. The orientation program was slightly lacking when I first started but it was updated in early 2016, either way, much of job is learned on site rather than in a class. The shift schedules really only supported 10-12 hour shifts, sometimes longer, but fair pay and good management made this a positive work experience.

Wheelchair Van Driver (Former Employee) –  Woburn, MAApril 6, 2017
Some good people working there, others suck. Poor management. There is not any loyalty of staff or management. Better equipment than many companies.

A lot of work but a fun place to be. Opportunity to grow for everyone with the right attitude. Helping people is a lot of fun.
