IT Support Specialist (Former Employee) – Columbus, OH – February 28, 2015
The company had a very young feel because it catered to millennials for the clients so they hired the same. The culture was fun but felt forced at times. The hardest part of my day was trying to relate to most of the issues there, but the best part was the freedom to explore ways to help my clients.
I love working at LC. The main issue is that you work every single weekend and if you need time off, you have to use vacation time. The management is not always there when you need them and some are not trained well enough.

The company is great at presenting a flawless image to the public. But it's just a front. If you're not in your early 20's, petite, blonde, and thin, you will get nowhere in the company. Hard work, experience, diligence, & a strong work ethic only get you thrown under the bus. Only the laziest and most useless are promoted.
Management is a joke. Most of the managers are incompetent & couldn't care less about their direct reports. If there's any kind of problem, hopefully you can figure it out because your manager will not be any help.
Turnover is incredibly high. The person sitting next to you one day will more than likely be gone the next.....no rhyme or reason. There is no such thing as job security here. With the exception of the owners and a couple of managers, you'll be hard pressed to find someone who's been here longer than a year or so.
Fun place to work with good solid upper Management
Leasing Consultant (Former Employee) – Frankfort, KY – May 15, 2012
Lifestyle is a solid company. Upper Management is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They offer very competitive wages and decent benefits. Here I learned more about Real Estate and Apartment Management.
LC does a great job at showcasing themselves as a valuable company to work for from the outside looking in. However, once your inside you will immediately see a difference. For a company that thrives on delivering "the good life" they sure do lack when it comes to providing a productivity and constructive atmosphere for their employees to work in. Open door policy does not exist here due to the cliquish mentality and immature management. Team work is frowned upon and there is a clear division between all sectors within the company including field workers, corporate employees and upper management. Minimal structure is the reason for a lack of accountable among all employees which causes major issues and extra stress that could be avoided.
Relaxed attire, Great location and Happy Hours
Unconstant rules and regulations, Undefined expectations, Lots of turnover, Young, unexperienced and unprofessional management
