Too Casual and Too Much Drama
Sales (Former Employee) –  OhioJune 7, 2017
I read some of the other reviews and I would have to agree.

Think of being back at college, working on a group project, with a bunch of kids who just want to party. They literally party at night, then come straight to work hungover... That's what it's like to work here. There are a few good apples, but it's overshadowed by the amount of turnover and inexperienced apples. If you have experience in this industry, don't even bother. They will treat you like you're the one without experience because it doesn't fit in their causal culture. No one knows what they're doing, so you're going to feel like you're herding sheep to make things float. There isn't a real system in place to ensure success. 1) Training - it's a joke. They hire green, then fail to train them properly. 2) Management - there's no support from management. You will only be successful of "know someone". It's not professionally managed. 3) Too much drama, gossiping, and mean girl - like attitudes.

Fair Housing Training is needed.
Pros
Pay, Beautiful Apartment Homes
Cons
Too Casual, Lacks Proper Training, Drama

Fun Place to Work

I love working at LC. The main issue is that you work every single weekend and if you need time off, you have to use vacation time. The management is not always there when you need them and some are not trained well enough.
Pros
business casual
Cons
healthcare, fun events and activities

Promising company but only if you miss college.
IT Support Specialist (Former Employee) –  Columbus, OHFebruary 28, 2015
The company had a very young feel because it catered to millennials for the clients so they hired the same. The culture was fun but felt forced at times. The hardest part of my day was trying to relate to most of the issues there, but the best part was the freedom to explore ways to help my clients.
Pros
consistent free food, home and restaurant perks
Cons
Health benefits

Where to begin?
Anonymous (Current Employee) –  Columbus, OHDecember 8, 2014
The company is great at presenting a flawless image to the public. But it's just a front. If you're not in your early 20's, petite, blonde, and thin, you will get nowhere in the company. Hard work, experience, diligence, & a strong work ethic only get you thrown under the bus. Only the laziest and most useless are promoted.

Management is a joke. Most of the managers are incompetent & couldn't care less about their direct reports. If there's any kind of problem, hopefully you can figure it out because your manager will not be any help.

Turnover is incredibly high. The person sitting next to you one day will more than likely be gone the next.....no rhyme or reason. There is no such thing as job security here. With the exception of the owners and a couple of managers, you'll be hard pressed to find someone who's been here longer than a year or so.
Pros
Decent pay
Cons
Too many to list here

Typical day is, customer service first and foremost. Each day brings new interactions, from residents, prospects to employees.

It is never the same thing any given day, you are constantly training new employees with a high turnover, but always look to make them successful!

Discount on Rent
