Working for this company proved to be rewarding yet difficult at the same time. I enjoyed helping the clients that I served but working with the lack of team work was hard. Management wasn't great and often cold or showed favoritism. So depending on if they liked you or not decided on how they treated you as far as reprimands and absences. Company doesn't appreciate their bottom line enough or value hard workers. Turn over rate is high.
If you enjoy helping people it's a graet job
You must be very disciplined in order to deal with co-workers and management
