Currently still employed, but looking for other employment. Job is EXTREMELY seasonal, in my area I really only worked 6.5 months and the hours are unpredictable-you might only work 3 hours or it might be 10. There's not a lot of room for advancement-as a school photographer the only "promotion" is to be a sports photographer, which is just as unstable/temporary. Good company, just zero opportunities for growth or stability.

In my position no, we are responsible for our own equipment. However the portrait divisions of the company do have the equipment provided .
