In my position no, we are responsible for our own equipment. However the portrait divisions of the company do have the equipment provided .

Yes everything is provided. The only thing you will be responsible for is finding clients for the practice sessions portion of your training which may be friends, family members, neighbors, craiglist ad, ect.

Yes, always but the photographer has them. The photographer brings everything, even the paperwork I need. Sometimes I have to bring my own chair to an outdoor event but the photographers would be familiar with the job and have that stuff.
