It was pretty easy to get hired. They take almost anyone... but you need to pass a background check and get fingerprinted.

It really isn't too difficult when the demand is high. My interview was basically an introduction to how things work. Very early hours, driving an hour or more to a different location everyday. Being responsible for equipment and returning it to the office when not in use. However, there is a week or two of training (paid) training.
