Lighthouse Information Systems Inc. is seeking a qualified member for our Technical Services staff. The successful candidate will work as a member of our Technical Services team on customer related projects under the supervision of senior technical staff.
Comprehensive knowledge of Windows products; Windows 7, Windows Server 2008/2012 and Active Directory
Solid experience with systems that include Windows, AD, SQL etc. and applications such as SharePoint, Exchange etc.
5-7 years' experience in an IT based role that includes Desktop Support, System Administration and/or Network Administration
Experience in a customer service related industry.
Excellent organizational, customer service, verbal and writing communication skills (including the ability to collaborate with technical engineers and client executives)
