Sr. Process Development Engineer, Wilmington, MA - August 11, 2014
Lilliputian systems was a great company, it gave engineers great freedom to develop and execute new ideas (if it required no additional budget). Engineers were encouraged to discuss all technical questions and to show their full potential. Company information were open to all employees and management were candid about tough questions. However, LSI missed many opportunities to fix the fundamental technical problems and now the cheap battery based charge flooded the market. Silicon Oxide Full Cell (SOFC) losts its market because of price disadvantage.
