Co workers- most of the people who work here are hard workers and extremely nice. However, most leave after 1-2 years as the company is often seen as a stepping stone
Experience- Being a company located in the Silicon Valley, you get good insight into the industry and can learn a great deal depending which department you work in.
Culture- As the previous review mentioned (and the ones on indeed.com), it is run like an Asian company. Long hours, stress filled weeks, and the expectation to give your life to the company. CEO often tells his engineers to "work more like the engineers in China as they are not lazy."
Management- Most of the managers try to be kind but some are not the greatest. Fake promises about raises, promotions and bonuses have happened. You can also expect a great deal of micromanaging.
Compensation/Benefits- Salaries about 20-40% lower than industry average. Benefits are equally disappointing. There is a quarterly bonus but oddly enough, its always depleted because "the company is still paying back the CEO for his loan he took out to start the company." Those interest rates must be killer!
Work hours- 50-60hours/week
