I liked working here at first until the expectations of management became too unrealistic and we had to work every other weekend. During the summer months, they don't have air conditioning in the whole building so it gets up to around 100 degrees sometimes which makes working there on the hot summer days/nights difficult.
The hardest part of the job for me was being short staffed all of the time and having to do more than one job non-stop during your shift day in and day out. The most enjoyable part of the job for me was all of the great coworkers on the floor that I got to work with.
On a positive note, you did get benefits, vacation pay, and paid personal days if you were full-time.
Benefits. Eight Hour Shifts. A Weekend Off Bi-weekly.
Unreasonable Production Demands. Short Staffed. Little To None Pay Increase.

This company is growing and with that comes overtime and promotions (quite a few folks have been promoted since I've started here). Their benefits are good and management is there for you and not in some high rise office.
Very Hot fume filled air. No matter how hard you work the upper management team talkes down to you and reminds you that you need to work even more. Could be great for someone with no personal life at all. They tell you to work hard and you mite get a weekend off. Then still no weekend
