Linc Energy Ltd is an Australia-based energy company engaged in the exploration for coal resources, and the development and commercialization of coal to liquids (CTL) processes through the combined utilization of underground coal gasification (UCG) and gas to liquid (GTL) technologies. Drilling operations commenced at Linc Energy’s Emerald tenement (EPC 980) in June 2008. Drilling has commenced on SAPEX’s tenement area with Linc Energy aggressively moving to drill key coal targets in the Arckaringa basin. On 20 December 2007, the Company acquired a 60% interest in SPC Yerostigaz.
