Management is this company's biggest downfall. Also high expectations for low salary. They work their employees to death with little incentives.

Horrible. Its the land of broken promises. Our Center Manager holds the CSR's hostage to a chaotic, unpleasant, unhealthy work environment due to lack of management skills. She is more interested in saving her job and the center, she will cover up, lie and throw anyone and everyone under the bus. I thought it was just the culture of my center, but after talking to others employees, it seems to be the Lincare way. Employees get burnt out, and usually leave. Much turnover of employees and the pay is poor.

Mandatory 401K. Here's an idea, why don't you pay a living wage and then I'd be more than happy to join in with your mandatory 401K?
Also stop taking away everyone's holidays. Get some better health insurance, ones that don't cost an arm and a leg.
