Hostile work environment created by management. Only apply if you want to work at a company that is only worried about it's bottom line. The only thing worth your time is the patients and other people you work with. Company does not believe in raises and the on call is only paid your hourly wage no incentives.

I was approached by a manager in a hostile way so I reported the incident to a management higher up. I told the manager that I had had enough and was planning to resign due to hostile working conditions but the higher up manager sided with the bullying manager and I was terminated. One month later the manager who terminated me was fired along with 2 other managers. But the bully manager is still employed there.
