Cons: difficult to adjust
The company is 1099 so basically your self employed, but your are brought into the company by a team of people that are already in to company. The training is minimal and not very effective and there is no real period to get used to this new environment you are kind of just thrown to the wolves with no other means of income. It can be a successful job
