I wouldn't recommend this job unless you are single
Maintenance technician (Former Employee) – Fort Sam Houston, TX – March 16, 2018
Over all the job was very well paid I thought it was an OK job they just don't work with people with family's I'm a single father over the winter my baby boy got really sick and I had to take time off for him which was about 2-3 work days when I got back they wrote me up and said basically if it happend again I would be fired I stayed and continue to work I was a good employees I took care of my resdents and was always willing to do my job... They also don't have a set standard for paper work or policy on make readys they treat there employees differently and gossip all the time I stayed to my self and did my job because of all the drama they caused
Benifits good pay
Bad management, no policy enforcement, not family oriented
Accounting Assistant (Former Employee) – San Diego, CA – February 10, 2018
Great company to work for. Management and Vice President are the best. Its a fast paced environment but loved it. People are very friendly and always room for growth. You can always move up in the company and it's very hands on.
Maintenance Supervisor (Current Employee) – Indian Head, MD – January 23, 2018
Working at Lincoln Military Housing has been a good learning experience interacting with the military residence and helping them feel comfortable living day to day without the worries of things not getting fixed.
Housing Coordinator (Former Employee) – Norfolk, VA – January 19, 2018
Look for listing on site versus at the Welcome Center. Too much drama, lack of trained management, and truly do not care about our military members and their families. Care about their personal bonus and anyway to make it
Meet new people
Drama, lack of management and structure, policy change to suit peoples personal needs.
Limpieza de casas (Former Employee) – Lemoore, CA – January 16, 2018

Event Coordinator (Former Employee) – San Diego, CA – November 5, 2017
My position was fun and faced paced. Every day was different. The days went by really quickly because there was always something different to do. I really enjoyed putting on the different military family events. It was rewarding to see the events come together and seeing the residents have fun.
Assistant District Manager (Current Employee) – San Diego, CA – October 12, 2017

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) – Portsmouth, VA – September 29, 2017
Leasing paperwork, answer telephone calls, walk the property. One of the easiest part of the job was working with such a great team. The hardest part is that the hours were not very flexible. I had to resign because I have class Thursday and half day on Friday and unfortunately my hours were Monday- Friday 8-5.
Housing Counselor/Office Coordinator (Former Employee) – Camp Pendleton, CA – September 15, 2017
While working at Lincoln Military Housing the typical day at work was exciting and challenging at the same time. I learned a tremendous amount about accounting, and budgets. Management was laid back and friendly. However, some were micromanagers but that did not interfere with the atmosphere of the workplace. There was really no hard part to this job as I loved every moment of it. The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to accommodate the Military customers and their families.
District Manager & Certified Training Associate (Current Employee) – Newport News, VA – September 12, 2017
Regional management is only supportive in words. They can sell anything to sound like things will be okay, however there is nothing behind the words. Company promotes internal rewards, however does not pay them out. The maintenance is next business day on all tickets and it is very fast pasted with short staff being this every day operations. You have to fight for what you're worth as they will continuously low ball any promotion earned. A positive is that they promote within even if the internal candidate is not ready for a higher level position.
Medical benefits, discounts on living on site, one hour lunch, quarterly employee awards
Low salaries and pay raises, low staffing, no management training
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Oceanside, CA 92058 – August 24, 2017
Working for Lincoln Military Housing was one of the best jobs i have had. The environment was very relaxed but fast. The benefits are great. The hours are very convenient. And it taught me everything i know about leasing, and property rentals.
Lifeguard (Former Employee) – San Clemente, CA – August 20, 2017
I was given the opportunity to be paid to be taught CPR and first aid in order to be able to qualify for this lifeguarding position at the pools on the military base. Very fun people to work with and got a tan on the side!
Maintenance (Former Employee) – San Diego, CA – August 18, 2017
The company is terrible. They make their techs rush through repairs and require them to finish in half the time it usually takes. Corners are cut and things don't get done the first time rite thus creating more work on the back end just so they can get their completion numbers up. Not enough techs and overloaded work schedule. The pay is terrible. Always being micro managed and forced to run and complete task after task because the company is so incompetent they can't keep employees around to have a full staff. ive personally been yelled at by a supervisor, unrealistic expectations. Supervisors don't want to deal with much.
