Lincoln Property Company is the best management company that I have worked for hands down. They have excellent benefits, a great training program, they promote from within, and most of all they take care and show appreciation for their employees.
My co-workers were great we had a awesome team. Apartments were turned to a meet a high standard of quality,
– more... not by cutting corners on what would be the cheapest way to move ppl in so we can get a bonus. They paid their bills on time, and we used great quality vendors.
Their was nothing hard about working for LPC, because they gave us proper training on how they wanted things done.
The most enjoyable part was going to Orlando every year for the Gold Medallion Awards were they acknowledged for doing great work throughout the year. They also have Lincoln Charities with helps their employees if they fall sick, in case of fires etc. – less
