Typical day consist of opening store, counting registers, checking numbers and emails. Monitoring associates and the areas they worked in throughout the day.
Learned how important it is to offer customer service. How to resolve issues when the aroused. Encouraged the team to push sales to increase stores value.
Apart of the management team that was in charge of monitoring associates. Communicating numbers between management team. Worked with the district and regional managers on improving the store. Worked with the visual team on fixing the store and making it more appealing to the customers.
Hardest part of the job was keeping the entire team on one accord and focus on improving the business.
Most enjoyable part was helping customers and offering the best experience while they were in the store.
