A typical day at the job involved answering the many phone calls from previous and future patrons, navigating through the emails which came in the day before and forwarding the numerous amounts of emails and voice mails to the proper department managers. The most difficult part of the job was dealing with the patrons who had suffered a loss at any particular venue. These losses may include but are not limited to driver’s licenses, passports, cell phones, wallets and a slue of other personal items. While the most enjoyable part of the job is the satisfaction you get from hearing what a wonderful time a client had at any of the venues, and how special the experience was for that person.

The office enviornment can be a bit too care free and unprofessional.
