Cons: decesions being made, and changed without notifing account reps.
very stressful. Major accounts are always in the red and pressure is added by supervisors making decesions then changing the decesions and not informing everyone of the changes. Chain of command is to long. Have to send out to many emails on the smallest problems and wait to hear back on how to solve the problem.
