Little Angels Head Start is a program designed to improve the lives of low income children and families by providing exceptional preschool education to 3 and 4 year old children. Children receive educational, health and nutrition services in a classroom setting. It is a safe,enjoyable, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow and develop emotionally, socially, physically and intellectually. In addition, support services are offered to parents to enable them to help their children thrive in school.
We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Human Resources Clerk with minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resources. Please understand that this is an Entry Level Position. Candidates without some HR experience will not be contacted.
1. assisting the Human Resources Generalist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Department
2. recruiting and staffing logistics
3. taking meeting minutes
5. maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
6. employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping
7. assisting with employee relations
8. company employee communication
The successful candidate will be able to do several things at once, while demonstrating a professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills. Superior written and verbal skills are necessary, as are proven leadership and organizational ability and computer skills (MS Office).
