Small Daycare
DAYCARE TEACHER (Former Employee), Peralta, NMMay 13, 2014
Pros: free lunch, daycare for own children
Cons: management lacking, not always paid on time
Never sure if I was going to be in my normal class teaching or filling in somewhere else. Learned how to manage a classroom of 3-4 year olds. Management wasn't done well of the facility. Weren't always to code. Loved the other teachers, they helped me learn how to teach a big group of 3-4 year olds when I had little experience at the beginning. The – more... hardest part of my was not always knowing what the day would bring. The most enjoyable was watching the kids learn as they played. – less

Cons: there were no cons
This day care was a very good place to work at with happy staff members and everything was well organised and a very good company to work for. I was taught many things whilst working here and was very enjoyable.

Fun workplace
Nursery Teacher (Former Employee), GibraltarJanuary 20, 2013
Pros: working with children
Cons: far away from home and the salary.
A typical day in the nursery included teach the children to eat, painting, phonics and songs.
There were children with special needs and I learnt a lot about them,How to take of them, how to talk to them and at the same time I learnt how to cope with it and working with the local authority.
Many of the children belonged to divorced parents of single – more... parents, so I could observe their behaviour and their reactions with different tales or games, – less
