We pride ourselves on delivering a product and experience that exceeds our customers’ expectations. We are seeking a Customer Care Associate to help us achieve this goal. This person will be a key member of our small and growing team.

To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about providing excellent customer care and enjoy interacting directly with our community.You’re someone who is resourceful, quick on your feet, takes initiative, extremely detail-oriented and takes great joy in delighting our members. We are a start-up so candidate must be willing to wear multiple hats, be flexible and pitch in whenever and wherever needed to help get the job done. Responsibilities

  • Handle all day-to-day customer service inquiries via email, phone and chat
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate responses
  • Research and troubleshoot customer issues relating to billing and ordering
  • Understanding of our product and different subscription options available to customers
  • Identify trends in customer questions and issues and communicate them with the team
  • Assist with order processing and returns

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Highly-motivated self-starter with “can do attitude” including strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Familiarity with the following systems are preferred, but not required:

  • Google Docs
  • Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
  • CS ticketing system: Zendesk
