Livefyre is looking for an Delivery Engineer to bring our real-time conversation platform to the world’s largest sites. Our enterprise customer-base is rapidly expanding, and we need an engineer that loves working with customers and their varied requirements and environments. We are working with big data, thousands of customers, exponential traffic growth, and are rapidly on our way to billions of monthly page views.
This is an incredible opportunity for you to join a growing team solving extremely challenging engineering issues and working the front lines with customers. You will be a key driver in liaising with the Sales, Business Development, Product, and Project teams, gathering customer requirements, and driving onboarding and engineering projects to ensure successful customer deployment to production.

Customer focused mentality
Extremely strong communication and follow-up skills
Understand UX and design principles
Strong experience with Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, ELB, etc.)
Good familiarity with data stores (MongoDB, Redis, MySQL, etc.)
Experience with WordPress and other CMS
Advanced bash/Linux shell scripting and command line tools experience
Troubleshooting (especially under fire)
Strong ability to dig through logs and other data sources
Strong grasp of CS fundamentals and design patterns
Strong familiarity with Git or similar SCM
Loves writing documentation
Speaks and writes English fluently
Sense of urgency and thrives in an incredibly fast-paced environment
