Livengrin is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for its new outpatient center - located in Center City, Philadelphia
This person is responsible for assisting clinical staff with maintaining a professional, warm atmosphere in the Outpatient office. Answers telephone, gives information to potential clients, referral sources and members of the community; greets, schedules and uses Sigmund to log clients; collects, records and transfers client fees. Types correspondence, psychosocial histories, discharges summaries, reports etc; Responsible for filing, mailing, bank deposits and petty cash; inventories and orders all office supplies.

Minimum Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidate must have at least one year experience in a secretarial position, preferably in a health care setting; ability to communicate effectively; familiarity with confidentiality rules and regulations; demonstrated ability to organize and maintain systems; demonstrated ability to operate office equipments.
