The Hotel Del Coronado offers a number of restaurants and activities which your spouse may visit during the event. Spouses will need to make their own arrangements at their own expense. How much does it cost? The sponsor companies fund the event. Prices are available on request. If a sponsor company cancels they will be subject to the terms of the cancellation clause in our Terms & Conditions (attached to the booking form). What happens if a delegate cancels? If a corporate delegate cancels on or after December 31, 2008 there is a cancellation fee of $1,000. This is structured to ensure that delegates are committed to the selection process and to ensure that they are not holding a place open that they do not intend to take. We anticipate the demand for places to be greater than we can accommodate and any cancellations will deprive another corporate executive of the potential opportunity to attend. Secondly, once the appointment system goes live your cancellation affects others at the event and we need to limit this disruption. Is there a dress code? The event is business casual during the day and evening. How do I select the meetings I wish to be scheduled into my itinerary? You will receive information on each participating delegate with detailed information about their real esate service needs before the event. You will read through the information and rate the executives according to how strongly you would like to meet each one. Each executive has indicated which real estate services they are most willing to consider; if your real estate service is not on the list for a particular executive, it is still possible in many cases to arrange a meeting. Will I have time to prepare for my meetings?
