Corporate Sales Manager, Austin, TX - July 7, 2015
As the Corporate Sales Manager at Living Direct, I have complete autonomy on pricing, service, and sales strategy. I handle the entire $8M channel by myself, which is good and bad. The good is that all compensation is determined by my work ethic by meeting certain goals and metrics. The bad is that I do not have any help on daily data entry, which can be tedious. My direct manager is also responsible for four other channels, so he is very hands off and lets me control the my channel. I really enjoy making his job easier by controlling and maintaining the B2B channel. The company is very Austin, meaning laid back and very tech friendly. It is a very easy and comfortable place to work.
