(Livingston), and its affiliates and partnerships in Canada and United States, conduct the day-to-day business operations of the Fund. The Fund operates under four segments: Canadian customs brokerage, United States – more... customs brokerage, Transportation and logistics, and Border services. Canadian customs brokerage comprises of all of the Fund’s Canadian customs brokerage, event logistics and customs consulting operations. United States customs brokerage includes all of its United States customs brokerage operations, air/sea clearance operations and United States customs consulting services. Transportation and logistics include its freight and integrated logistics operations. Border services are comprised of its managed services and technology services.
