Agree with previous response. The work environment is artifical. It appears to outsiders as a close knit warm community agency. Reality is its run by theives, wages are false and internal gossip runs the structuring. Recruiting is intense, but then vicious behavior once on board. Management is very close and workers are outsiders. Please read all reviews before considering risking your hard earned reputation and license. This industry is very small and these folks think nothing of tainting anyones reputation. While I remained a bystander, I know many kind, loyal individuals they destroyed and found pleasure in blacklisting. Please do your research as its not at all as it is advertised on Indeed.
