After working for this company for a brief time I was able to get a feel for how the company worked. Aside from management who were incapable of following through in their own jobs, and were more times than not rude to customers, It was made clear that employees were NEVER granted raises and there was almost zero chance of advancement, as the manager had only received a raise one time in 5 years after changing positions. The work environment, although quiet can escalate to hostile very quickly. A good part of the business is collections driven, and one person failing to do their part can bring the entire stores number down and get EVERYONE in trouble. I found that there was a severe lack of accountability when it came to staff and management. I would not recommend this job to anyone who does not like drama, getting paid little for a lot of stress, and over expectations or to anyone who wants to make a career in customer service. If you want a gratifying job where you are appreciated, look elsewhere.
