Run! CEO is terrible and manages with fear therefore people are afraid to voice concerns in fear of retaliation. CEO is very inexperienced and unstable.
Board of Directors are also inexperienced and easily manipulated by management.
Expected to work more hours, if not comments made to make you feel uncomfortable.
Overworked as a result of being short staffed/cannot keep good people/high turnover rate.
Needs new management or HR to help balance things out.
