A typical day includes many corporate functions all rolled into one title. Managing all finances and human resources functions allows me to continuously change gears throughout the day. I plan out the budgets, manage cash flow, control accounts payable and accounts receivable and handle all employee relations to include hiring and payroll processes. I manage a crew of about 13 employees. My co-workers range from the creative type to client contacts. As the human resources contact learning to handle the different personalities can be very challenging. I have learned all aspects of managing a business with this firm. It has many challenges with many rewards. The most enjoyable part of my job is working with the our wonderful staff and clients.
