Compensation: $10 per hour - Salary after 60 days
We are seeking an energetic, professional and goal oriented go getter to work as an office assistant in a friendly, professional environment for an E-commerce company in Carson City. Pay starts at $10 an hour with advancement opportunities available in as soon as 60 days. Hours of operation are from 7 am until 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS and SKILLS:
Proficient (INTERMEDIATE+ level) in Microsoft Office Word 2010
Fluent in Windows 7 Operating System
Basic to intermediate Excel skills (simple formulas), adept at Excel formatting
Strong command of the English language
Strong communication skills - able to listen and follow instructions
Possess an elevated attention to detail
Be skilled at proofreading your own work and know the basic rules of punctuation
Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm with no errors
Reliable, with a polished, businesslike demeanor
Fast learner; able to problem solve; solution oriented
Type and format documents (letters, memos, etc.) with MS Word and Excel
Create basic Excel spreadsheets (experience with Smartsheets is a plus)
Must be able to multitask
General administrative and clerical tasks
