Lock Haven Hospital is a 47 bed hospital with 2 points of entry for Patient Access, Main Registration and the ER. I was responsible for the daily operations and management of the Patient Access department with 12 employees, financial counselor, PBX operations, calling codes & the facility cashier. I reported to both the facility administrative team and the admin team at the Patient Financial Services center in Allentown PA. I worked daily and monthly reports, mentored my staff, completed monthly schedule and payroll.
