Opening, greeting members. inspiring a sales team and teller line for loan, deposit and checking production. One on one time in training team as well as one on one time with members for financial needs and advice. Handling branch and member issues. Outside development of businesses to increase membership.
Hardest part of the job was the commute. I – more... drove from Rancho Cucamonga to Pasadena in prime time traffic. 2-3 hours total in the car.
Most enjoyable part of the job was teaching and training the team and watching them be promoted up the ranks of the company.
