Pros: nothing
Cons: the purpose of hiring managers is to fire them before they get benfits
They hire people and lie to them from the start of the interview process. The turn over is every six months for a manger position because they don't want to pay benefits. They should be reported to the Department of Labor for all of the bad practices they are involved in. Stay away from this hotel and the whole Lowes Corporation. no fun at all,very difficult to progran your own vaccation and be able to stay at one of the company hotels.

Pros: free lunch and more for employees
Cons: take too long to solve problems, many old equipments.
The place is okay to work, but some manager are difficult to deal with. Many manager are friendly only when they start the job but then they change and don't even answer a good morning to you.
