Working for Loffler Companies showed me the red flags I should look for when evaluating potential job opportunities. The first flag should have been their wages and "benefits", both are terrible. There was little to no communication when out in the field. Everybody is under unrealistic pressure to meet excessively high profit margins. Too many managers at the company. Most of them seem very under qualified and only care about their own jobs. Everybody I worked with in the field were stressed out and wanted to quit. The most enjoyable part of the job was when I got to go home. Upper management doesn't care about the employees and just hire anybody who is willing to work for peanuts.
