Principal Infrastructure Consultant, Cincinnati, OH - July 25, 2017
Work for the client as as contractor, not really a consultant as the job was defines at 1st, you get use to that. My client was great to work for, as long as there was a clear defined goal for the need & work. Only pressure was of my own as I desired to give my manager what was needed. This made the manager successful & me successful. The client company was great place to work & I was treated as an employee & an essential resource. I was respected for my knowledge of IT & Infrastructure along with the corporate policies & procedures. I enjoyed filling in when my manager was not available & I had a feeling the people I interacted with respected was I did on a daily bases & we didn't miss a beat; great feeling.
