Store management is generally superb with only a few exceptions. Management is also paid and treated really well so sticking with the company for advancement can really pay off. Higher management at the corporate level on the other hand, often seems out of touch with what is happening on the floor of their enterprise. Overall, London Drugs is a well-run business with excellent staff and a really rewarding place to work. – less
