If you are looking for a place to work that follows industry standard practices and listens to seasoned professionals on how to make efficient changes to the company, the teams, and the processes, then avoid Lonely Planet. If you are looking for a team that will support your personal development and growth and have a commitment in your future, look elsewhere.
If you are looking to work for a place where you get to kind of "wing it" and play around with different ideas (good or bad) without needing to back them up with experience or data, then you should check them out.You get to be around a team of young, inexperienced, but passionate folks who will try anything, and hope that it works.
Lack of any process or leadership to slow you down
Directionless. Not a single person who could innovate on the product.
