This is an exciting opportunity with a quickly growing small business. Longhorn Rentals is an Austin based vehicle rental agency established in 1977. We are looking for a results driven achiever to become the newest full time member of our Rental/Sales Team in our Austin Main Branch office.
Prior vehicle rental experience strongly preferred.
- Closing customer-facing sales in a short sales cycle
- Conduct contractual rental agreements with attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service while attending to customer inquiries and concerns
- Perform advanced financial metrics
- Resolve customer service issues
- Assist in maintainance of vehicle fleet
- Related duties as required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Intermediate computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and co-workers
- Excellent communications and customer service skills
- Highest level of professionalism
- Detail oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- High level of responsibility and accountability
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years (DUI/DWI).
- Ability to work 40-hour work weeks including weekdays and Saturdays as needed
- High school diploma/GED
- Proven ability to speak English
- Proven sales experience
- Car-rental industry experience
- Knowledge of automotives (including heavy duty trucks) is a plus
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Proficiency in Korean
- College degree preferred but not required.

- Pay Schedule: DOE
