Certified Nursing Assistant, Austin, TX - April 8, 2017
I have found longhorn village to be a great place to work, but as the years progressed, it seems that I start to realize that management is unorganized and seems to have trouble hiring competent CNA's to work there. Because of this most of the CNA's that have been there for years and who work hard end up working harder. Working double shifts almost on a daily basis because management can never find help. The only enjoyable part of my day is the smiles and praises I get from the residents I care for and the few coworkers that like myself is trying to make the best of a difficult work situation.
