Great Place to Work
Territory Sales Manager (Former Employee), San Francisco, CADecember 15, 2014
Pros: work life balance great! management is great
Cons: pay is ok, business attire for an inside sales role
Great beginning sales job! Management was there to help you improve. Company culture prior to CoStar was relaxing and fun. Once CoStar bought LoopNet it changed to a much more East Coast company culture. Must wear business attire at an inside sales job. Crazy, right? Goals were very reachable and the company made you feel apart of the team.

Culture rocked!!! Before CoStar showed up......
Territory Manager (Current Employee), San Francisco, CANovember 5, 2012
Pros: culture
Cons: pay
Never would have left but the CoStar group brought their East Coast what they like to think of as swagger to our kicking their tails .com culture. Bummer. I guess all is fair in love, war, and board member demands. Oh well. Good luck.

Horrible place to work
Technical Support (Former Employee), San Francisco, CAJune 1, 2012
Pros: not much
Cons: backstabbing, politics, favoritism
Lots of backstabbing, treat their sales people poorly....even when they make or exceed their numbers. Pay is barely livable.
