While salary is good, benefits are very costly and eats at that good salary. There are no SOP in office - big FINRA no-no. Management is hands off, for good or for bad. Co-workers are good people but a bit lazy and odd

I've worked for the company for a few years and have had many opportunities to learn and grow. Since the company is growing, there continues to be new and exciting opportunities to be a part of. Great office, great culture.
