Los Altos Food Products Inc. has an immediate opening for an experienced District Manager.

The right candidate must possess the following skills/background/experience

Job Title: District Manager
Reports to: Regional District Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Maintain a good driving record
 Maintain business relationships with customers
 Service the account in an efficient and courteous manner
 Perform related duties as assigned

Requirements:
 Communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing
 Accurately rotate product
 Ability to assign, understand and carry out instructions
 Ability to lead by example
 Must be responsible and have an excellent attendance record
 Able to work by 6a.m.-4p.m.
 Some overnight travel will be required
 Flexibility to travel throughout Southern & Northern California is a must

Experience and Education:
 Valid California Driver License (Class C)
 Minimum 5 years’ experience at the District Manager Level
 Minimum 2 years’ experience servicing Deli and/or Meat Deli
 Must provide previous employment references

Computer Skills:
 Must be proficient using a handheld/PDA
 Proficiency in Excel, Word & Outlook

Physical Demands:
 Must be able to lift up to 70lbs
 Must be able to operate a pallet jack
 Will be exposed to outside elements (sun, rain, wind)
 Must be able to push and pull product up to 350 lbs. with a pallet jack when needed
