The Los Angeles Leadership Academy is a public charter school, K-12, serving the Lincoln Heights community in Los Angeles. The mission of the school is to create critical thinkers who perceive themselves as agents of social change, who will succeed in school, in college and in life, and who will return to the community as leaders. The Executive Director is an experienced educator with a proven track record of raising student achievement, preferably in low income communities. He/she will work collaboratively with administration, staff and faculty to advance the mission of the school, to report regularly to the Board of Directors and to model leadership skills.
