Its easy to see what you're getting into and who you're dealing with. Nothing fancy, get the job done, maintain cleanliness, help customers and others, etc. If you want to wait tables it can be fun and consistent work and great for those going to school. Wash dishes? It's straight forward and easy to handle and easier to learn more about the place, ingredients, and cooking. Pay is fair, but don't expect Melting Pot tabs or tips. The owners and operators are the highest position so there's not much growth but that is normal. Owners I worked under were great and very understanding.
