It shows a strong culture of camaraderie and support. Though management was not always pleasant/desirable but in situation like this it boils down to meeting half way and learning to listen though sometimes the view presented does not agree with yours. but in times when it involves your credibility,that is being questioned especially on how you make decisions in giving grades to students, you need to fight as long as you know you made impartial judgement as reflected in their quizzes,term exams and oral recitation. i have to admit this was painstaking but you need to stand still for the truth.
In every organization there is always protagonist and villain but as long as you do your job to the best interest of your clients you can always say to be in a group is fun.
